SUMMARY:

This position will provide global financial leadership, act as a business partner, and be accountable for Global Operations AOP commitments, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities include driving solutions that align with company objectives to support long-term earnings growth. This position involves working directly with all levels of staff, from VPs to analysts, making communication an essential skill. This role is responsible for strengthening internal processes and continuing to advance finance operations with new technologies as well as developing, mentoring, and promoting staff members. Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 8-10 years of broad-based accounting experience within an international, multi-organizational company.
  • 2-3 years in supervisory role

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
