We are seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in Global Reward Tax. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, exceptional client service, and technical expertise across global reward and taxation functions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive global tax, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR-related services as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain strong client relationships, offering in-depth advice on operational and process issues while mentoring junior team members.
- Manage the financial and risk aspects of engagements, including billing, collections, and scope management.
- Lead client meetings and ensure timely project delivery by conducting planning sessions and team debriefs.
- Develop and present practical, tax-focused recommendations to clients and prospects to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate across service lines to enhance business development efforts and internal initiatives.
- Provide mentorship, delegate tasks effectively, and offer growth opportunities to team members.
- Support clients with expert advice on global compensation, equity taxation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in domestic and global employment tax consultancy.
- Drive process improvement and innovation within engagements to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of recent experience in taxation, global reward tax, or related fields.
- Experience working within the Big Four or a similar firm with a tax background is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or other relevant credentials (e.g., CEBS, CCP, CPP).
- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale client engagements and managing service teams.
- Strong technical proficiency across total rewards, executive compensation, and global mobility taxation.
- Previous experience in the tax sector is required, ideally within a Big Four firm.
