MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities
  • Own go-to-market sales strategy and execution APCS’s Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Solutions and Thought Leadership teams (~200 sellers), in partnership with Managing Directors.
  • Manage annual business planning with key partners including headcount management. Facilitate communication and decision-making with leaders and teams.
  • Oversee multiple ‘pillars’ simultaneously and design organization-wide processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
  • Lead projects at APCS-wide scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities, including but beyond the scope of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Standard Template Library (STL).Build, manage, and coach a team of Strategy and Operations Managers and Analyst functions.
