CommBank’s Chief Operations Office (COO) business is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Governance and Reporting function within our Strategy and Risk team.
The Chief Operations Office (COO) is the engine room of the Commonwealth Bank Group dedicated to operating and enhancing the processes that deliver products and services to our customers. Whether taking out a home loan or personal loan, using an ATM, or applying for a credit card, every day our customers rely on the functions made possible by the COO.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager for Governance & Reporting, you will work with Senior COO Leadership team to write, draft and deliver Board-level reporting focussed on COO-wide initiatives, Operational Performance and delivery of the COO strategic vision which is focused on passionate people, reimagined experiences and customer advocacy and trust.
You will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team covering GM and EGM level stakeholders, ensuring communication, reporting, and meeting material is accurate, consistent and helps drive operational efficiency. This will also include delivering strategy and reporting presentations, outlining key priorities and business analytics in order to give comprehensive updates to the COO LT team.
You will be trusted to co-ordinate COO wide leadership offsites & forums and will be responsible for driving the passionate people strategic cog for COO and helping COO deliver the highest quality operational support for our customers.
