We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Governance to play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks that support our dynamic operations and strategic objectives. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about driving governance excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provides guidance, support and ensures compliance with committees and facilitates decision-making through approval forums Oversee and organize submissions to committees, attend and coordinate committee’s meetings, and record meeting minutes Work with key departments in QIC to facilitate their record keeping and updates Maintain, review and update key governance documents to ensure efficient and accountable decision making Provide advisory support on governance best practices and change management Ownership of the operational governance rules and policies [SA3.1] Lead a high performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, integrity and continuous improvement A Master degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience Corporate Governance, Strategy or Compliance, preferably in an operational environment Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, regulatory standards, and organizational controls Effective communication and stakeholder engagement Excellent leadership skills with ability to distill key insights, interpret complex processes and present in a concise manner Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders
