What’s the role?  The Senior Manager, Governance manages the risk governance for Business and Wealth Division (BWD), including secretariat for committee and forums; executive papers, FAR Governance; and related controls.   What do I need?  * Provide secretariat support to Divisional RISKCO, LOB RISKCOs and/ or BU Risk Forums by coordinating and scheduling committee meetings to achieve the target governance operating model and cadence * Prepare Group Executive papers for Group RiskCo, Board RiskCo, and Directors’ Touchpoints * Prepare the agenda and coordinate papers for BWD RiskCo and other Division-level committees including Cash Risk Committee and CTREC. Prepare minutes and coordinate actions * Prepare the agenda and coordinate papers for Business Lending, Business Transactional Banking and Private Wealth LOB RiskCos and other LOB/VC forums.
