Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director to develop and execute the visual strategy for the brand
  • Create high-quality, fashion-forward graphics for marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and website assets.
  • Concept, build and deliver any graphic design project allocated by the Operations team.
  • In collaboration with E-Com stakeholders, build weekly creative content updates.
  • In collaboration with CRM stakeholders, design and build newsletters and emailers adhering to wireframes, calendars and business objectives.
  • Support 360 marketing initiatives in whatever capacity is required, including in-situ mockups, layouts and internal presentations.
  • Uphold the brand aesthetic standards, aligned to guidance provided by the Senior Creative and Brand Directors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Oversee print production and liaise with external vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
