QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
  • Strong HR system (Success Factor), MS Office, SharePoint, RPA and Power Automate knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
  • Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Data Management, HR payment(non-payroll) and Claims Administration functions in HR Shared Services.
  • Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of Data & Transaction Section’s workplan.
  • Serve as the Data Steward for HR system and Product Owner for P-file Digitalization including overseeing vendors, payment and P-file server related matters.
  • Oversee the coordination of digital transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
  • Manage projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
  • Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
