About the role Partner with Marketing leadership to bring data-driven analysis, financial rigor, and structured thinking to our highest-priority GTM initiatives. You’ll get your hands dirty operationally, digging into tough problems, identifying solutions, and building action plans to drive the business forward. In this role, you will: Lead strategic projects including business planning, new launches, budget & P&L management, competitive intel, and commercial reporting. Work closely with Finance and BI teams to integrate financial and operational data into a clear view of business performance. Aggregate and synthesize performance across the business, ensuring leadership has a holistic and accurate view of results. Maintain and improve our cadence of regular reporting, ensuring stakeholders at all levels have timely insights that drive decision-making. Help communicate our commercial strategy and GTM plans within Marketing and to senior leadership to drive cross-functional alignment. Who you are Track Record of Impact: You’ve been in the trenches and delivered significant company-wide results. Playmaker: You thrive under pressure, have a bias for action, and excel at finding creative solutions to complex, messy problems. Highly Analytical: You draw insights from financial, operational, and competitive datasets, connecting the dots to drive business decisions. Structured thinker with impeccable business judgment. Clear Communicator: You create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces, articulating insights and strategy to stakeholders across functions. Sports Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for sports, fantasy sports, or sports betting. Even better if you have Experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, or P&L ownership. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and financial impact. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering results across complex initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience preparing executive-level materials and reporting. Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior stakeholders, particularly Finance, BI, and Marketing leadership. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required. Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $152,000 and $185,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
