Description

EvenUp is one of the fastest-growing generative AI startups in history, on a mission to level the playing field for personal injury victims, which range from motor vehicle accidents to child abuse cases. Our products empower law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for those who need it most.
EvenUp is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to manage our paid media strategy and outbound demand generation channels (gifting, webinars, email marketing). You’ll be responsible for creating compelling campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. The right candidate for the role is a data-driven growth marketer with expertise in multiple demand generation channels. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations to continuously analyze, refine, and scale our paid media programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and optimize the full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Support end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement of all demand generation campaigns.
  • Execute and continuously improve integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, events, and ABM (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1).
  • Own and operate paid media across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, etc.), ensuring campaigns are well-targeted, paced to budget, and performance-driven.
  • Design and implement nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to align on messaging, targeting, attribution, and lead flow. Maintain healthy ad accounts and ensure data integrity, hygiene, and best practices across tools and platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, lead quality, and conversion rates—using insights to optimize programs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new technologies and platforms that improve campaign efficiency and impact.

Our goal is to empower every team member to contribute to our mission of fostering a more just world, regardless of their role, location, or level of experience. To that end, here is a preview of what we offer:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family
  • Flexible paid time off
  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province
  • A home office stipend
  • 401(k) for US-based employees
  • Paid parental leave
  • Sabbatical program
  • A meet-up program to get together in person with colleagues in your area
  • Offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toront
