The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing role is critical in designing and executing top-of-funnel acquisition strategies for the future state bank entity, directly supporting our efforts to bring new banking products to the market. You’ll lead the acquisition roadmap, ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include working with agencies on best-in-class creatives, managing campaign launches, pacing, and delivery to meet KPIs, and overseeing the bank website to optimize the user journey from ad exposure to conversion. You’ll also develop acquisition offer strategies, collaborating closely with the Insights & Analytics team and maintaining a holistic view of campaigns for cohesive customer experience.
