We are working with a leading independent advisory firm with an established Transaction Services team in Amsterdam, currently looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager.

The firm works on a broad range of M&A transactions, advising corporates, private equity investors and shareholders on complex and often high profile deals. With continued growth in the Dutch market, this is an opportunity to join a specialist advisory environment where you can take on significant responsibility and have real exposure to clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Take ownership of projects and manage junior team members
Provide high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights to clients
Work closely with corporates, private equity investors and management teams
Build and develop strong client relationships
Contribute to the continued growth of the Transaction Services team

Candidate Profile:

6+ years of relevant experience for Manager level, 8+ years for Senior Manager
Background in Big 4, Transaction Services or a leading advisory boutique
Strong financial due diligence experience
Experience managing projects and teams
Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred
