If we do our job well, we genuinely add to the prosperity of our country and its people.

You’ll collaborate with passionate and supportive colleagues, work closely with leaders across our business, and design initiatives that make a genuine difference, ensuring our people can do meaningful work in a flexible, inclusive and welcoming environment.
You will have the scope to shape key programs, respond to emerging trends, and champion best practices that support the health and wellbeing of our people. With the backing of committed leaders and a shared purpose, you’ll be empowered to advocate for innovation, inspire positive change, and help AMP make a lasting impact in the community.
If you are passionate about making workplaces better, and ready to build your career with a company that truly values its people, we invite you to join us in this important leadership role.
