Senior Manager - Health Solutions The Local Benefits Manager is responsible for revenue growth of local renewal businesses, support local benefits business both broking and consulting, handle local benefits business contact point for the network for question related to Thailand market, support marketing activities, ensure that satisfactory is provided to the Local Clients . What the day will look like The Local Benefits Manager leads and ensure that Local Account Executive is responsible for client facing to retain renewal clients and provide satisfactory service to clients s by recommending insurance companies, insurance products, quoting prices, advising on benefit upgrades, coordinating day-to-day account servicing, solving problems and answering inquiries and ensure that Local Account Executive will corroborate with WCB-Broker team for renewal activities and renewal process delivery to guarantee client satisfaction. Ensure that Local team follow the company direction, company rule and work ethic. Conduct training in order to develop Local team member skills Marketing Manage assessment of customer sales and marketing opportunities Manage marketing materials Manage renewal process and renewal strategy input to sales team Monitors and manage compliance issues Manage cross-selling for interdependency Manage renewal offer and placement confirmation Database Management Renewal data updates to Aon Sales System/Aon Connect Internal and External Marketing Implement internal marketing activities between ACL and other segments. Develop and implement external marketing activities with the objective of introducing new business or marketing new product opportunities. Assessment of client and marketing opportunities Co-ordinate renewal process and renewal strategy Effective at cross-selling for interdependency Follow-up with renewal offer and placement confirmation Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor Degree or higher, preferable in Marketing Minimum 5 years group insurance industry experience and management team member Good interpersonal and excellent communications skills Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints Management or supervision skills Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure Written and spoken fluency in Thai and average English Good computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
