OVERVIEW

You will be part of the HR Benefits Service Team and responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of HR benefits service to all staff and line department in order to meet business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Your role will require you to:

  • Manage processes and systems related to delivering HR benefits services matters, such as leave and medical benefits, insurance, service awards, staff declarations, benefits and exit management, to staff and line departments.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams within and outside of HR to review, enhance, streamline and implement the policies, processes and systems to improve the service delivery and efficiency and enhance employee experience.
  • Leverage IT to digitalise manual processes and reduce man-effort, to bring about greater efficiency and enhanced employee experience.
  • Engage Management, HR partners, line business and staff in reviewing and implementing HR provisions.
  • Undertake projects as necessary to improve HR service delivery and other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably within the engineering or technology industry
  • Experience working in a shared service environment would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT/systems knowledge and skills
  • Meticulous and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    Candidates with fewer years of relevant work experience may be considered for the position of Manager

6 ~ 15 years

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
