As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy for select business lines within Global Wealth Management (GWM). This role partners closely with senior business leaders to drive talent outcomes, enable organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performance culture aligned with the Bank’s strategic priorities.
You will collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Services to deliver integrated, forward-thinking solutions that support business growth, talent development, and employee engagement.

    Responsibilities

    Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

    • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or advisory role
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset
    • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial services or similarly complex environments
    • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, coach effectively, and build strong relationships across functions
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Skilled in organizational design, change management, and talent development
    • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-change environments with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Proficient in using HR data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
    • Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asse
