Sr. / Manager - HR Operations Location: Domlur, Bangalore – Work From Office Experience: 10+ years About the Role As the HR Operations Manager, you will lead the backbone of our people engine—overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence across payroll, compliance, benefits, HR help-desk, vendor management, and governance. You will lead a small team and drive process rigour, automation, and reporting. What You’ll Own Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding → exit) with high-quality SLAs. Oversee Payroll, compliance, benefits, and HR documentation in partnership with internal stakeholders. Run the Employee Help-desk and drive resolution efficiency and service excellence. Own HR governance, policy adherence, process audits & hygiene. Manage and evaluate HR vendors—payroll partners, background verification, insurance, etc. Deliver people analytics & dashboards using Google Sheets and HR systems. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardisation. Lead and mentor a sharp & lean HR Ops team. What Makes You a Great Fit Strong understanding of HR Ops in a high-growth / multi-business setup. Hands-on mindset with comfort managing high operational volumes. Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong with data reporting. Excellent stakeholder management & execution discipline. Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with 2-4 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of HR laws, policy development, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics, and reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in driving process improvements and change management initiatives.
