DESCRIPTION

The role of this Senior Manager - HR Partner role involves collaborating with Inflight and Flight Operations senior management to implement HR solutions that align with business strategies. This includes overseeing multiple teams and developing plans based on resources and objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Human Resources Strategy and Governance: Implementing HR strategies and driving organizational change with business leaders.
  • Business Partnership and Support: Providing HR advisory and managing complex employee relations to ensure inclusivity.
  • Talent Management: Working with Talent Acquisition to align talent activities with business needs.
  • Performance and Employee Relations/Engagement: Overseeing performance management and reward processes.
  • Organization Development and Change Management: Managing and potentially leading change management initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Airline/Aviation experience
  • Experience leading a team
    The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $162,388.00.
    The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
