Responsibilities
lead the development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR Service Delivery to key client groups
stakeholder engagement through building and managing strong professional relationships within HR and across senior leaders of the university
collaborate across the HR Partnering function and with COE’s to lead implementation of projects and deliver strategic priorities
directly and indirectly manage a team of HR Partners to ensure effective collaboration, teamwork and overseeing implementation, modeling the expected behaviours
support the Associate Director, HR Partnering in key stakeholder management, strategic initiatives and acting as a deputy when required
