Should be a commerce graduate. Post graduate in Finance and Taxation would be an added advantage Should have minimum 10-12 years of experience in India Payroll processing (Including Manufacturing payroll) Enriching experience in service with strong experience in leadership roles with high degrees of relationship management skills Strong leadership and business skills Excellent analytical skills Completion and clearing backlog of F&F Settlements and end to end exit management process Monthly Preparation of Monthly Headcount with Synposis and Reports Completion of Payroll for all locations and disbursement of salaries to the employees within the stipulated TAT. Daily HR Operations, Query Handling and Team Management activities. Should be familiar with recent payroll related rules and taxes. Managing Personal File. Should have experience handling a team of 10-15 associates. Has handled Payroll for 15000+ employees Provides technical and ladership support to associates and clients. Handles client issue escalations when they cannot be resolved at lower levels. Follows-up with clients on positive and negative feedback. Administration of global share ownership program for India Manage all Statutory and Compliance activities pertaining to payroll Should have accounting knowledge and monitor salary GL reconciliation.
