Signature Aviation is seeking a Manager, HR Technology. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day leader for the HR technology ecosystem across Signature, responsible for operational excellence of Signature’s core data flows. You and your team will lead the full HR technology portfolio configuration including UKG workforce management & payroll, Oracle HCM and talent systems, LMS/LXP, and other minor HRIS enterprise SAAS applications—ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a seamless experience for our 6,000+ Team Members. This position blends HRIT experience with multi-functional, project-based leadership. You will develop the roadmap for critical deliverables in the space, spearhead modernization and automation initiatives, and ensure Signature’s HR technology landscape scales with the organization’s growth.
