YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our global People Processes and Systems team as a Senior Manager, HRIS & Reporting.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving, optimizing, and maintaining people processes across our enterprise-wide Workday platform. Reporting into our VP People Processes and Systems, you will take ownership of specific HR process areas and play a key role in ensuring data quality, usability, and ongoing innovation.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own and manage selected people process areas within the global Workday system
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve UX and data quality
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, training materials, and deliver trainings for HR users in your process domain
  • Collaborate with peers across the Workday team to ensure alignment, consistency, and continuous development
  • Stay up to date on Workday releases and innovations, exploring how new capabilities can benefit your process areas

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Proven hands-on experience maintaining and developing Workday, ideally in a global context
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Strong track record of Workday configuration and process ownership in some (not all) of the following areas
  • Talent Acquisition and business processes related
  • Preboarding / Onboarding
  • Core HCM and business processes related
  • Learning,
  • Talent & Performance
  • Talent Optimization

  • Annual processes
