We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - HSWE (Health, Safety, Welfare, and Environment) Customer Experience & Operations to ensure our operations uphold the highest standards of safety while delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Role Overview: This role will oversee the integration of health, safety, welfare, and environmental best practices into the customer experience strategy and operational processes. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with various departments to foster a culture of safety and enhance the overall experience for visitors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSWE strategies and policies that align with Qiddiya's operational goals and enhance customer experience. Conduct regular audits and assessments of health, safety, and environmental practices within customer-facing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HSWE standards are integrated into all customer interactions and operations. Design training programs for staff to promote a safety-first mentality while providing exemplary customer service. Gather and analyze visitor feedback to continuously improve safety protocols and overall experience. Serve as the primary representative on HSWE matters in planning forums related to customer operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred. 8+ years of experience in health, safety, welfare, and environmental management, with a focus on customer experience. Proven experience in operational leadership roles within the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism sectors. Strong knowledge of local and international HSWE regulations and standards. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop strategies that balance compliance with an enhanced visitor experience.
