ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including regional leadership and business partnering in a multinational environment.
  • Able to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day HR operations effectively.
  • Familiar with HR systems and digital tools, including HRIS platforms, employee engagement tools, and internal dashboards.
  • Skilled in HR data analysis – able to track and interpret key HR metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, hiring trends) to influence decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across ASEAN.
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking associates verbally/ in writing whenever appropriate.)

This role serves as a key HR business partner to senior executives and will be responsible for aligning people’s strategies with business goals across Southeast Asia. Covering diverse markets—including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, and Myanmar—you will help drive organizational growth, talent development, and cultural transformation.
