Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, I&T T&O Finance Performance Management will provide financial and strategic advice and analysis to the Borealis team within Innovation & Technology. What you will do? Responsible for production and presentation of accurate and relevant monthly management reporting packages; Responsible for Forecasting, planning and analysis including for key performance indicators; Identification and escalation of opportunities and risks to achievement of stated financial targets; Ensure appropriate cost allocation methods are applies and end-to-end transparency from NIE of the service group to allocations to segments and platform; Foster an environment of financial discipline, transparency and accountability; Contribute to the development of business cases and PARs / SOWs as well as review of investment / spend decisions and prioritization; Partner with Financial Control to ensure effective controls and governance oversight Promote mindset of continuous process improvement and identify opportunities to standardize, automate and free-up capacity for value-add analysis and insights Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and information requests as required. What do you need to succeed?
