QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • +5 years of hands-on experience within Tax Compliance, Tax Technology, Audit or other related consulting
  • Passionate about driving digital transformation within finance and tax.
  • Understanding of the OECD BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 regulation and guidelines and how they affect multinational companies.
  • Adept at translating complex tax, data, and technology information into accessible language for presentations, training materials, and proposals.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and consolidation processes at large multinational companies
  • Strong project management abilities with a successful history of leading and delivering complex projects
  • Curiosity and willingness to question existing processes.
  • Strong coaching abilities to support the development of junior team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects focused on implementing tax technology solutions, ensuring they align with BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 requirements and other evolving tax regulations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify gaps in clients’ current data collection processes and help clients implement sustainable solutions to address data gaps.
  • Support clients in the design of their target operating model for BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 compliance
  • With your insights into compliance data create enhance tax data dictionaries, detailing data elements, their sources, uses, and interconnections across compliance processes
  • Lead and contribute to new and ongoing innovation initiatives e.g. direct tax automation
  • Build and nurture client relationships, offering expert consultancy and support on tax technology and data management issues.
  • Support clients through the implementation of tax transformation processes, ensuring compliance and addressing complex tax challenges e.g. OECD Pillar 2, Public CbCR.
  • Collaborate closely with clients’ finance and tax departments, as well as KPMG specialists, to understand regulations, defined data needs, address data gaps and implement analytics and automation solutions.
