The Engagement and Collaborative Policy Branch leads the development of inclusive legislation and policies that promote meaningful Indigenous participation in Manitoba’s natural resource sectors. This branch plays a key role in aligning departmental strategies with the province’s commitment to reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples.
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and visionary leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Indigenous Resource Policy. In this role, you will guide a dynamic team in designing and delivering programs and initiatives that reflect a holistic and integrated approach to Indigenous engagement in resource development. You will also lead cross-departmental coordination, manage complex projects, and provide expert policy advice to senior leadership.

We are looking for individuals who bring:

  • A deep understanding of Indigenous engagement and reconciliation in the context of natural resource management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • The ability to develop and evaluate impactful programs and services.
