ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing & Advocacy is a ‘creator whisperer’. They’re somebody who leads with strategic vision, knows how to convert influence into impact and loves to build advocacy at scale. As an owner of creator affiliate and advocacy efforts across multiple iconic brands, the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing & Advocacy at Gap Inc. will help draft the playbook for how our brands show up with creators, fans and affiliates in authentic, engaging and innovative ways. From building affiliate programs that truly convert to creating advocacy movements that spark community love for our brands and products, this role is dedicated to driving cultural relevance for our brands while unlocking meaningful, creator-powered revenue.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and joins us with deep experience managing creators at scale, optimizing affiliate partnerships and building advocacy communities that inspire brand love and measurable business results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead with vision: Build and own creator affiliate and advocacy strategies across multiple Gap Inc. brands, weaving all efforts into seasonal strategies and finding cross-functional opportunities for amplification
  • Drive Impact: Oversee planning, execution and optimization of affiliate and advocacy initiatives in support of overarching brand and product priorities, delivering on both cultural relevance and ROI
  • Grow Community: Cultivate meaningful creator and advocate relationships that go beyond one-off partnerships to build real brand love and loyalty
  • Spot What’s Next: Stay on top of the platforms, tools and trends that shape the creator economy, consistently bringing fresh ideas, personalities, styles, and formats to the mix
  • Collaborate: Partner with brand marketing, social, performance, legal, tech, and product fulfillment teams, as well as creator and marketplace teams at top social platforms, to make sure influence and advocacy efforts integrate seamlessly into the bigger picture
  • Measure: Forecast, track, measure and report all efforts for ongoing optimization and stay close to the data to elevate opportunities as they arise
  • Coach: Serve as the voice of strategic vision, best practices and education for your team to foster a creative and collaborative environment for career growth and development.
