  • Lead high-impact initiatives across insurance pricing, product strategy, and data-driven decision making
    We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven insurance professional to step into the role of Senior Manager – Insurance, supporting the General Manager Insurance in leading RAA’s strategic partnership with Allianz.

This is a critical leadership position where you’ll be the go-to liaison between RAA and Allianz—owning governance, performance reporting, and key executive engagement, while ensuring the seamless delivery of our joint business goals.

  • Lead governance forums and compile high-quality board packs and reporting.
  • Partner closely with Allianz on pricing, product, and performance initiatives.
  • Review competitor and pricing data to extract insights and make strategic recommendations.
  • Represent RAA confidently in executive and partner meetings.
  • Support the GM Insurance across strategic initiatives.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and develop your leadership impact.
