QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Experience in project management for enterprise systems, IT governance initiatives, or digital transformation efforts

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

  • Experience leading cross-functional technology or digital enablement initiatives within large, complex organizations
  • Prior experience managing projects involving ERP systems (e.g., SAP, S4 HANA) or other major enterprise systems
  • Ability to simplify technical and systems complexity into clear project plans and deliverables

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Serve as the Integration Project Management lead for Technology and Tools on the M-INT team, responsible for managing initiatives related to enterprise systems integration and tools alignment
  • Act as a key liaison between Mission Systems and the S4 HANA transformation teams, ensuring that M-INT project goals are aligned with broader ERP modernization efforts
  • Manage projects aimed at consolidating, simplifying, and harmonizing systems and tools across business units
  • Support the development of roadmaps and action plans that drive technology integration and usability improvements, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with DT, finance, supply chain, engineering, and operations to identify gaps, align priorities, and facilitate decision-making on tools and systems integration
  • Track and manage risks, interdependencies, and milestones related to digital integration projects, ensuring visibility with key stakeholders
  • Support governance initiatives by helping define best practices for system use, data management, and compliance
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to Mission Systems SLT, M-INT leadership, and RTX stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Lead or support special projects related to process automation, digital analytics, and enterprise system optimization
