Senior Manager - Integrations and Carve-OutsLocation: Amsterdam, Hybrid

• As a Senior Manager Integrations and Divestitures, you will lead end-to-end carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and divestiture projects across Europe. You will define integration strategies, oversee system separations, and ensure seamless migration of business processes and data. Working closely with our network of EU-based technology partners, you will align technical execution with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes such as cost synergies, operational efficiency, and compliance.
