Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.    In this role, you'll: Working as part of the People Operations Division within the Professional Integrity unit, you will lead a professional standards and investigations teams with a focus on Fraud and Corruption. You will ensure effective service delivery, whilst providing expert risk and welfare considered case resolution options and sound guidance on workforce behaviour standards, investigations and issues. You will ensure that worker Fraud and Corruption conduct cases—including investigations—are handled effectively and aligns with principles of procedural fairness, risk mitigation, resolution protocols, legal obligations and enterprise standards.Part of your role will be to develop and implement strategies, systems and frameworks that promote ethical professional practices. You will champion ethical workplace practices and drive enterprise-wide professional integrity across the organisation. Another key aspect of the role is to manage the relationship with the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).This position is a permanent position. Your home base will be at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week in the office. Regional candidates are encouraged to apply. You have a proven track record of leading teams through sensitive matters and navigating complex environments with confidence and integrity.
