As the Senior Manager, International Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in building Wolt’s global Employee Relations (ER) strategy and aligning it with our broader talent management and business strategies. This position involves shaping the company’s approach to employee relations, driving high-impact initiatives, and managing complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Director of Global HR and Operations, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to design scalable solutions, mitigate risks, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance organizational outcomes.

EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in employee relations or a related leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex, high-impact ER cases and designing scalable ER frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Strong background in compliance, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision-making.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Employment Law, or a related field.

SKILLS

  • Strategic thinking with a proven ability to design and implement solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in ER tooling, analytics, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.
