Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Invoice & Contract Support to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all invoicing and contract support activities, ensuring adherence to financial protocols and contractual obligations within our large-scale projects. Your leadership will guide the invoicing teams to achieve operational excellence while collaborating closely with various departments to manage contracts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. This role is instrumental in bolstering the financial backbone of our projects and enhancing our overall operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the invoicing and contract support function to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in line with contractual commitments. Develop, implement, and continuously improve contractual processes, guidelines, and best practices. Oversee and maintain the integrity of all invoicing and contract documentation. Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to clarify contract terms and address disputes or discrepancies. Facilitate effective financial close processes, including month-end reconciliation activities. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence required for compliance. Monitor industry trends and best practices and ensure alignment with internal policies and legal regulations. Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Participate in strategic discussions to enhance financial performance and drive operational efficiency. A recognized accounting qualification with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in invoicing and contract management, preferably within large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of accounting frameworks and financial management principles. Proven expertise in managing contracts and resolving invoicing discrepancies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
