This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic IT Applications team responsible for retail systems and operational technology in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. As Senior Manager, you will oversee production support, application performance, and system stability while guiding a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. The role includes leading incident response, ensuring compliance, and implementing enhancements while mentoring your team. This position combines leadership, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to influence both strategic and day-to-day IT operations. \n Accountabilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail IT applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance. Lead and mentor a team of production business analysts, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Manage application support, including monitoring, maintenance, incident response, and root cause analysis. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize application performance. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational goals. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project milestones and service level agreements. Implement change management procedures, compliance requirements, and production standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years managing large-scale application portfolios, IT production support teams, and vendor relationships. Extensive experience in IT production support for commercial applications, preferably in retail environments. Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to motivate technical teams and foster collaboration. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to proactively identify and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools (SmartSheets, Jira), and basic database querying. Preferred: experience with Aptos, MMS, Oracle, ServiceNow, or other retail software and work order systems. Benefits Total compensation: $121,000–$155,000 + annual bonus.
