The company’s focus is facilities operation and maintenance, waste management and radiological services, security control and force protection, and environmental services.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or similar senior technical leadership roles.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity architecture, including familiarity with NIST SP 800 series, DOE directives, FIPS, and federal compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing solutions for large, complex organizations (9,000+ users, multiple domains, hybrid environments).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure (Windows/Linux), cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, IAM, and security technologies.
  • Proven ability to work in a highly regulated environment with federal agencies or critical infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of IT & Cybersecurity Solutions Architecture to lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise-scale IT and security solutions for a large U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) environmental cleanup site supporting 9,000+ users. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical landscape of mission-critical systems while ensuring compliance with DOE cybersecurity directives, NIST standards, and federal regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will
work closely with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program, IT leadership, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to develop secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with DOE strategic goals.
