Experiences should include leading the transformation to an agile operating model. Ensure high quality, on-time delivery related to key modernization programs, mobility experience, productivity, and device deployment processes. Mature the strategy to leverage Device-as-a-Service options for device deployment while ensuring improved TCO and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with key business and IT partners across LOBs and functions to align technology and business priorities; negotiate and execute program improvements aligned with business strategy, service quality objectives and financial goals. Develop team capabilities and manage deployment to provide customer-focused design and implementation support. Invest in the development and acquisition of capabilities to support the long-term growth of the compute platform. Streamline, standardize and automate business processes where possible to reduce cost and increase the speed of improvements. Design, develop and deliver processes for continual and consistent knowledge management throughout the End User Compute and Mobility team, ensuring all key stakeholders have easy access."
