Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft desktop (M365) and cloud (Azure) technologies. Experience with Virtual Desktop Environments (Citrix, Azure VDI, W365). Experience with SCCM & InTune. Understanding of endpoint observability platforms (Nexthink) as well as Agentic AI concepts and platforms. Experience managing a globally distributed team of professionals and engineers in Client compute, mobility and modern device management areas. of manufacturing business processes and vendor management. Lead and mentor a technology focused team charged with delivering seamless customer experience related to end user compute and mobility enablement. Creates a more integrated enterprise-wide delivery approach and implement consistent leading-edge client compute practices leveraging Agile principles. Develops Roadmap including investments in tools, technology, and Ensures client compute platform offerings remain innovative and keep pace with changing external market conditions with a focus on leveraging Agentic and Generative AI as a means achieve these goals. Ensure high quality, on-time delivery related to key modernization programs, mobility experience, productivity, and device deployment processes. Mature the strategy to leverage Device-as-a-Service options for device deployment while ensuring improved TCO and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with key business and IT partners across LOBs and functions to align technology and business priorities; negotiate and execute program improvements aligned with business strategy, service quality objectives and financial goals. Develop team capabilities and manage deployment to provide customer-focused design and implementation support. Invest in the development and acquisition of capabilities to support the long-term growth of the compute platform. Streamline, standardize and automate business processes where possible to reduce cost and increase the speed of improvements. Design, develop and deliver processes for continual and consistent knowledge management throughout the End User Compute and Mobility team, ensuring all key stakeholders have easy access.
