We are looking for an experienced and results‑oriented Senior IT Portfolio Manager to join our IT PMO organization. In this role, you will have a key impact on how IT investments are planned, prioritized, and governed to support our strategic objectives and long‑term business value. As a Senior IT Portfolio Manager, you will act as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, IT, and project managers, ensuring transparency, alignment, and disciplined portfolio management across a broad and complex IT landscape. Your responsibilities Lead and continuously develop the IT project portfolio management framework aligned with business and IT strategy. Manage demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance to ensure transparent and value-driven investment decisions. Oversee portfolio performance, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Facilitate IT portfolio and steering meetings, ensuring clear decisions, high-quality materials, and follow-up. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and ways of working across the portfolio. Expectations for you A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in IT project or portfolio management within a complex organization. Strong understanding of IT governance, portfolio management, and investment decision-making. Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in English. Experience with portfolio management or ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is an advantage.
