Description

We are seeking a senior manager for our Investigations and Disputes practice to lead construction integrity and monitoring projects, mitigating risks and upholding ethical standards in large-scale infrastructure and real estate developments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrity monitoring assignments on large construction projects to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and corruption.
  • Develop and implement monitoring frameworks to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy in construction risk management.
  • Conduct forensic reviews of procurement contracting and payment processes to identify irregularities.
  • Oversee whistleblower and ethics reporting mechanisms.
  • Direct investigations into allegations of fraud, bribery, kickbacks, and unethical conduct.
  • Perform due diligence on contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to assess integrity risks.
  • Collaborate with audit forensic investigators to analyze financial transactions and contract performance.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to clients, government agencies, and regulatory bodies on construction integrity.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, executive leadership, and legal advisors.
  • Develop thought leadership materials and represent the firm at industry conferences and client briefings.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in engineering, law, finance, or construction-management-related field.
  • 10+ Years of experience in construction Integrity monitoring, forensic investigations, compliance, and/or risk advisory.
  • Experience working at a consulting or investigative firm, government agency, and/or regulatory body.
  • Deep understanding of construction procurement, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in fraud detection, forensic auditing, and risk mitigation relating to construction and real estate.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including report writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and client engagements.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic and English) strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will also hold one or more of the following certifications or credentials: Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.); Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

This role is onsite in Saudi Arabia.
