As Senior Manager Key Accounts, you are a key leader responsible for the strategic management and operational development of our existing customer business: Tasks Management of the Key Account, Sales Operations and Cloud Consulting teams. Identification and priorisation of upselling and cross-selling potential. Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and high customer satisfaction. Defining KPIs (e.g. customer lifetime value, retention rate, upsell revenue) and regularly monitoring performance in the areas you manage. You will work closely with service management and product management and act as the central point of contact between business and technology. Qualifications Several years of management experience in a similar role, ideally in a technology- or solution-oriented company (SaaS, Cloud, IT Services). Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies and complex IT solutions in order to be a credible partner for technical teams and customers. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English (written and spoken). A high degree of entrepreneurial thinking, results orientation and a hands-on mentality.
