Act as Qiddiya’s senior point of escalation for all land access matters, resolving conflicts and mitigating risks proactively. Monitor changes in Saudi Arabian regulatory and legal frameworks, assessing their implications and advising leadership on strategic responses. Ensure all activities are fully compliant with Qiddiya’s governance protocols, relevant laws, and Vision 2030 policy priorities. Mentor and develop junior team members, setting high standards for negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement excellence. Demonstrated experience in high-value negotiations, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management at a senior level. Proven track record working on giga-projects, complex urban developments, or major public sector programs in the Middle East/GCC. In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory processes, governance structures, and Vision 2030 objectives.
