We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Manager - Places and Public Realm to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and management of public spaces within Qiddiya, ensuring that they are innovative, sustainable, and culturally relevant. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design, planning, and development of public realms including parks, plazas, and urban spaces to create vibrant community environments. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define the vision and objectives for public realm projects in alignment with Qiddiya's overall strategy. Work closely with architects, planners, and landscape designers to ensure that all designs reflect the brand’s values and enhance the visitor experience. Conduct research on best practices and trends in public realm design and management, ensuring that Qiddiya's offerings are at the forefront of innovation. Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to incorporate community and cultural input into the planning and development processes. Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve objectives. Develop and implement maintenance and management strategies for public spaces to ensure long-term sustainability and functionality. Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in public realm design and development, with a focus on large-scale projects. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in managing public spaces and urban projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong project management skills and experience in budget management. Knowledge of sustainability principles and best practices in public space design. Experience in community engagement and stakeholder management.
