We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Learning & Talent Development Manager to lead and evolve our Talent Management, Development and Succession planning agenda. This is a high-impact role for someone with a proven track record of designing and delivering leadership solutions that genuinely shift capability, culture, and performance for key talent pools in our organisation. You’ll work closely our senior leaders to ensure they are equipped to lead through complexity, drive strategic change, and build high-performing, inclusive teams. What you’ll be doing: Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Talent Management and succession planning practices that build talent pipelines from entry level to Director level across the organisation. Partner with the business leaders to identify leadership capability needs aligned to organisational strategy. Create blended learning solutions, including leadership development workshops, coaching, action learning, and experiential programmes. Manage and evaluate external providers, coaches, and facilitators to ensure quality and impact. Use data, insight, and feedback to measure effectiveness and demonstrate ROI of leadership initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on leadership capability, succession, and talent development. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in Talent & succession management and senior leadership development Strong background in learning and talent development, ideally at a strategic or enterprise level. Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility. Experience designing leadership frameworks and programmes that align with business strategy. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to link leadership development to business outcomes. Why Compare the Market?
