That’s the job – Your main tasks: Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive the digital transformation of our clients by identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions in R&D, with a focus on Data&AI, Clinical, or Pharmacovigilance. Project Management and Team Leadership: Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. Foster a collaborative, digitally-savvy team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. Digital Tools Adoption: Support clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and maximal business impact. Strategic Advisory on Digital Transformation: Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives. Support them through their digital transformation journey, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and processes. This job is for you, if you have: 5+ years of experience leading transformative system implementations in the respective area (CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS, PV), preferably Veeva Vault – or equivalent transformation initiatives with substantial business impact. Proven experience in designing and implementing Data&AI use cases in R&D. 5+ years of consulting experience in a management role, including driving sales and business development by leveraging a strong client network within Europe. Excellent communication skills. A passion for shaping the Industry within Eraneos and for our clients, ultimately delivering value for patients.
