• Strong reasoning and influencing skills to work with, advise and challenge senior stakeholders
• Strong logical reasoning skills and attention to detail
• Experience coaching and developing junior team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Strong ability to perform reviews of critical processes to identify what can go wrong, control gaps/weaknesses and/or optimisation opportunities
• Ability to analyse trends, identify critical threats and opportunities, diagnose problems and issues, and recommend appropriate actions
• Ability to independently deliver for large projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, shifting environment
• Willingness to lean in and build a high-performing team culture
