SENIOR MANAGER, LINE 2 RISK OVERSIGHT AND ASSURANCE

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Risk Management team as the Risk Subject Matter Expert. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office and is also a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep Line 2 risk expertise to support the review and enhancement of policies and frameworks within Mercer Super. You will play a key role in a regulator-mandated risk transformation program, designing and implementing uplifted policies and frameworks while fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
