Responsibilities:
- Define and develop LM-NOC framework for Smart Security Solutions team to ensure and enable the functionality of LM-NOC as an integral part of the Pulse Project Services in facilitating both internal and external stakeholders.
- Direct and establish documenting processes and procedures for incident analysis, route cause review and other activities deemed appropriate and essentially required as per the demand.
- Ensure strong Knowledge management strategies and processes are in place for LM-NOC to achieve organizational objectives by making the best use of knowledge.
- Leading and establishing monitoring Network services inline with the scope of operations of LM-NOC under pulse project.
- Setting & maintaining Technology Business control systems to ensure that the business objectives are aligned.
- Define, Establishing and assuring the Network Monitoring mechanisms are in place as stipulated for the Pulse Project.
- Define, Establish and ensure the staffing plan in inline with the business demand both in line with the customer and client.
- Define and establish escalations mechanisms in line with the stakeholder dependencies and agreement for the successful operationalizing of LM-NOC as an integral function of the Pulse Project.
- Monitoring and report on different types of KPI’s for decision support, areas such as availability, uptime, change management, configuration management, maintenance management, etc..
- Responsible for timely reporting to management with different Incident statuses and progress of resolution with expected completion period in liaise with TQM.
- Manage and Enable identification and allocation of key resources to the Swift resolution of the critical incidents.
- Incident reoccurrence mitigation Operational/Master Plan preparation, finalization, approval, and maintenance.
- Establish Documentation and maintain all incident related documentations such as mitigation plan, assignment matrix, risk register, dependent project progress report (if any available with CIT, PM, etc.), Root cause analysis reports etc.
- Establish and maintain simplified and effective collaboration between LM-NOC team and all the engineering stakeholders under the Pulse Project operations.
- Facilitate LM-NOC strategy Implementation, Perform Technology Audits Analytics and NI investigations in alignment with higher management and HR.
- Design and develop the business cases under LM-NOC in line with the segment expansions and customer inclusions as per the business demands.
- Ensure support for Services provisioning, complaint handling, and special projects consultation for solutions are in place with pulse project objectives.
- Lead periodic performance Review meetings and Guidance / feedback to all members in the LM-NOC team for establishing program plans and goals for various projects/milestones/tracks dependencies. And essentially ensuring upskilling identified knowledge gaps with appropriate trainings and assessment mechanisms.
- Putting up action plans and steering them with both for the successful implementation of action items in objective #18.
- Assist in implementing monitoring CAPEX/OPEX, projects progress and identify bottlenecks to find appropriate solutions to overcome problem areas.
- Facilitating Etisalat senior management with departmental progress, project plans, project progressions and recommendations for mitigating risks and challenges identified.
- Define Technology alignment with technology and non-technology stakeholders; Establish and maintain simplified and effective collaboration between SSS functions and other departments.
