✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • 7–10 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Management roles within large-scale transformation programs
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience overseeing external System Integrators or delivery partners, including tracking delivery, quality, commitments, and commercial aspects
  • Strong expertise in program planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
  • Solid experience with MS Project or equivalent planning tools, Excel, and program/portfolio reporting tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); French or Spanish is a plus
  • Project/Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous ERP/SAP program experience is highly valued (hands-on SAP configuration not required)
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing, healthcare, consumer health, or multi-country transformation programs is a plus
  • Strong organizational, analytical, proactive, and problem-solving skills


👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

  • Support the ERP Program Lead in establishing and driving effective program governance across a complex, multi-workstream transformation program
  • Provide structure, visibility, and control across planning, delivery tracking, financial management, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
  • Set up and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and critical paths, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
  • Track program delivery, monitoring progress against commitments, timelines, and quality standards
  • Manage program financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Own and drive RAID management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, assessed, mitigated, and escalated when needed
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders (steering committees, governance boards, etc.)
  • Act as a key counterpart to the System Integrator, ensuring delivery commitments, milestones, quality, and commercial aspects are effectively monitored
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops, driving decisions and follow-up actions
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and best practices across the program
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and standards within the transformation program
