Your responsibilities Advise risk departments on strategic, regulatory, and financial matters to guide them through complex challenges. Apply complex regulatory requirements such as Basel III/IV, CRR, MaRisk, and DORA effectively within practical risk controlling frameworks. Develop governance structures and control mechanisms to optimize processes and ensure future-proof risk management. Design and implement risk and valuation models that create tangible, real-world value for our clients. Provide robust project leadership by directing cross-functional teams and driving active stakeholder engagement to execute large-scale implementations on time and within budget. Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by positioning yourself as a trusted risk management expert and leading engaging workshops or training sessions. Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, acting as an innovation driver who translates these insights into practical, ready-to-use solutions. Your ticket Your educational foundation is a degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus. You bring 4-7 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong focus on risk management. Regulatory frameworks like Basel III/IV or MaRisk are familiar to you, and applying this complex expertise is a natural part of your daily work. You bring a well-established and resilient professional network across banks, asset managers, and market infrastructures, enabling you to build trusted, long-lasting client relationships. You have an affinity for data and bring hands-on experience with data analysis and risk data models to the role. Confidently and precisely, you communicate in both German and English to make complex regulatory and technical topics easily understandable for diverse stakeholders.
